The toolbox’s job is to make the right instruments available exactly at that point of time software orders call for it. For the various types of components and sizes there is always a special tool. On fab¹ users can arrange upto 20 tool-slots.

FAST AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION.

A standardized bracket docking magnetically to the bond head holds the tool which the software has allocated to every component individually. As the production runs on there is an automatic change of the component to the appropriate tool. The user does not need to interfere manually. The process is completely automatic.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ‚A RATHER CLEAN’.

Not in this business! Especially with fab¹ which is a clean room in itself! The cleaning stations of all AMADYNE systems follow the same rules: all tools (also dispense needles) must appear in an absolute proper way. Rests of adhesives have to be removed meticulously after use. Only this guarantees an optimal process at any time. There is only ‘completely clean’.
