Join The AMADYNE Team
Feel free to read this in advance.
If you look at the current news situation, it can sometimes be quite difficult to believe in people’s common sense and look to the future with optimism. And things are no better in the economy. Many companies are desperately looking for new employees while at the same time – although deeply shaken – they unfortunately have to “downsize” far more employees.
We, on the other hand, are only looking for new colleagues if we are sufficiently sure that we will be able to retain them in the coming years. Now is the time and we would not miss the opportunity to get to know a perfectly suitable person. Formal qualifications have always been of secondary importance to us. Anyone who is not completely untalented, is interested in learning a lot of new things and ideally is not at war with complex technical matters has already met the entry requirements.
We are looking for people who are willing to settle into our small team, identify with the company and are always friendly and helpful – but also honest – towards our customers. Don’t be put off by the job descriptions – we don’t expect you to be the single 100% match. We hope that you are willing and able to learn perhaps 80% of it and ideally enjoy doing it.
There is, however, one catch. You should be sufficiently proficient speaking German. If you’re able to fully understand the job offers on our German site, you will be good to go.
If you also enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex, complicated and often somewhat obscure technical processes and looking for solutions off the beaten track, then get in touch with us. And leave the expensive application folder behind. A short email to jobs@amadyne.net will suffice.
If you prefer to send it by snail mail:

Specifically, we could currently use someone to bring a light of structure and organization to our occasionally sprawling operational chaos and help us clear out the sprawling jungle of required documents (formerly™ “paperwork”) and make it manageable.
If you are not afraid of making phone calls and writing texts and have the confidence to help a horde of passionate hobbyists handle
- correspondence,
- communication,
- documentation and
- organization
we would like to get in touch with you and clarify in a personal conversation what we can expect from you and what you can expect from us. You can find out how to contact us at the top of this page.
Specifically, we are currently looking for a person to work with our machines and support our customers in manufacturing their products in the best possible way.
- You will be trained by us in the necessary technology as well as in setting up and operating the machines so that you will later be able to set up complex customer products yourself and then instruct and train the customer. You will accompany a machine from initial commissioning and acceptance through to operation at the customer’s premises.
- You will also support our existing customers at the helpdesk by telephone, email and remote maintenance in the event of problems. If problems cannot be solved remotely, you will travel to the customer and carry out repairs, maintenance or training.
- You will be involved in the development and testing of new features, occasionally even new generations of machines, and contribute your experience from the field to this process, thereby helping to continuously improve our products.
- If you are interested in complex technical things and processes, have a basic technical understanding and are seriously willing to learn new things, that is enough for us – formal qualifications are nice, but not a must.
- However, if you feel comfortable and at ease in more remote parts of the world, this is a definite plus when it comes to contact with our international customers.
If you believe that you can enrich our small team, we would like to get in touch with you and clarify in a personal conversation what we can expect from you and what you can expect from us. You can find out how to contact us at the top of this page.
Specifically, we could currently use a person to help us manufacture, commission and, if necessary, repair our highly specialized machines. If you are not clumsy and have an interest in unusual technical solutions, you can join us:

- Testing the functions of control systems and automatic equipment
- Assembling and testing printed circuit boards
- Creating, executing and maintaining protocols to accompany production
- Incoming goods inspection, monitoring the quality of goods delivered by suppliers.
- Creation, maintenance and improvement of documentation for the assembly of automatic production machines distributed by Amadyne
- Collaboration in the development, creation and testing of electronic circuits and circuits and their documentation
- Improvement of current production machines and participation in the development of new systems.
- Service support for AMADYNE products on site at the customer’s premises
Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to be able to do all this off the cuff – if you are interested in the topics listed, we will teach you everything you need to know. If you believe that you can (and want to) enrich our small team, we would like to get in touch with you and clarify in a personal conversation what we can expect from you and what you can expect from us.
