Product Editing.
The AMADYNE Systems Product Editing.
Each product detail is largely important. Users control these details with superior ease.
THERE’S ACCESS TO A WIDE SPAN OF OPTIONS & PARAMETERS.
The graphic product editor represents an important part of the user interface. It’s here from where access is given to various product options and process parameters. Everything is clearly and user-friendly structured. And most optimally, too. The user is guided by a special function called ‘Software-Expert’. It’s fast and time and money can be saved here.
THERES A LOT OF USER-FRIENDLINESS.
Have a look on the ‘Product Options’ function: Here product specific parameters are allocated to components which enter the production process. That is quite important especially in respect of adjustments that need to be made in order to follow a predefined assembly strategy. Everything is absolutely user-friendly designed to make the usage easy and comfortable.
In the process technology sector of the Product Editing function it is the allocation of standard parameters which users can choose – a quite important feature for the production process control. In the Image Processing sector users can control the component Measuring before a production process is started.
The Graphic Product Editor.
The Graphic Product Editor. Process Control Par Excellence.
It’s a Great Benefit. And Cost-Performance Ratios Come Into the Game, too.
TO DEFINE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS AND ITS QUALITY.
The product editor is that part of the User Interface where both production process and production quality are defined. Working with this editor specifies the geometries and their interrelationships. When designing this function there was a leading thought: that of optimal cost-performance ratios resulting both in the configuration and the form of a selected production type.
As the system allows users to work with many units of the same type in an economical way a special model has been implemented which reflects the conditions of any often-occurring feature.
TO BE GUIDED BY A ‘SOFTWARE EXPERT’.
Generally speaking a product is displayed both by a tree structure and by a graphic image. The access to product options and process parameters is integrated into the editor and available by one command only. The user is guided by a special software expert in a most comfortable way. The Product Editor has an integrated library where previously generated layers and structures are archived and can be used for re-generation at any time. Components can pass through various intermediate stations (e.g. an Image Processing activity supported by the upward-looking camera (ULC) or the usage of the flip station. Drag and drop support is a standard.
Product Options.
The Allocation of Product Specific Parameters.
Product specific parameters can be allocated to components which are processed through our systems.
e.g. …
… the adjustment of the assemblies’ or adhesives’ strategies …
… or …
… the editing of specific parameters …
to a product.
The Process Technology.
The Alloccation of Process Parameters.
Standard parameters can be allocated to each component.
A correctly operated production process requires the allocation of standard parameters.
These process parameters can be specified for each component independently, e.g.
Picking
Placement
Component Checking
Piercing by an Ejector
Adhesive Application Parameters
The menu-structure is intuitive. It’s – like always – very user-friendly.
Image Processing.
Localizing. Qualifying. Identifying.
Various methods that make assembly production perfect.
HIGH-PRECISION PRODUCTION REQUIRES OPTICAL MEASUREMENTS.
If high precision is required, it is inevitable to make use of optical measurement methods. For this purpose, we use high resolution cameras. The images created are processed by a professional software which has been designed by our engineers.
THREE VERIONS ARE SUPPORTED BY AMADYNE.
Our software supports Localising Image Processing, Qualifying Image Processing and Identification. And there’s more benefit for AMADYNE customers. As all these versions were born in our own R&D department any alternation (if required) can easily be done.
