In non-trivial projects (and that is the majority), the solution is often a highly mobile target, which is quite often subject to several changes during the course of the project. It is no surprise that the factor of economic efficiency plays a key role in the economy. Our contribution to a better cost ratio is not a by-product of our research and development, but of course a logical result of this. One aspect of this self-image in terms of corporate philosophy is the speed of our development processes, another is the sensational reaction time of our support.

The reason why these cycles are shorter than in many other business landscapes results from the fact that we are one hundred percent independent with regard to design, electronics and software. As a result, we don’t have to line up (not even occasionally) on your behalf and wait for external developers to give us a time slot. There is no need for lengthy back and forth with external programmers regarding communication and quality issues. We have the responsible contact person literally on call for every feature request or bug (and – yes, and because we are only human, you will also find these in our products). Off the peg or made to measure? This question does not come up too often, but when it does, the answer will most probably be “made to measure”. Just like in real life, the clothing supplier cannot offer a tailor-made solution for everyone, while the bespoke tailor fails to deliver due to the prices of the ready-to-wear suppliers. One produces cheaply, the other less cheaply; one product fits one perfectly, the other fits many well enough. But, let us not overstretch this metaphor from the textile industry (it could tear).
