We would like to introduce these two experts to you here: in the Expert Panel-function. We would also like to explain why there are two and how beneficial they can be for users. Next: the Administration-Tool. The picking of the right tool at the right time within a time span of only seconds must be well organized. The same applies to the Toolbox Administration. As far as Tools are concerned the user gets always a correct image via the monitor. This saves a substantial amount of time and money. Finally there are the Machine Parameters. For certain reasons they have an own Dialogue Window.

TWO GROUPS OF EXPERTS.
The AMADYNE software has got two groups of experts which have been individually optimized for their various usage.
EXPERT NUMBER ONE.
The (optically) smaller expert is always loaded into the Primary Work Surface if the process demands this. A more optimal machine operation and a better overview of the production process can so be guaranteed.
EXPERT NUMBER TWO.
For special tasks such as configuration etc. the user has the opportunity to make use of a full-size expert panel which is more suitable to handle all editing

Very interesting for users is our very fine toolbox design, the advanced toolbox administration and its associated very profoundly constructed ability to pick and replace the right instrument at the right time. And all this happens within seconds as it goes without saying. There’s a perfect interlocking of many parameters and physical objects which makes AMADYNE systems, especially the AMADYNE tool appliances so valuable for our customers.
… AND IT’S SOFTWARE CONTROLLED ADMINISTRATION.
AMADYNE machines support the use of many different types of tools which are stored in a special magazine. The administration is easy – supported by special dialogue window (drag & drop functions). This menu also guarantees a fast overview of the tools allocated to a certain production process.

TO STORE PRODUCTION PARAMETERS …
There’s no use in not storing production parameters once designed for a job when users might expect to run the same production type at a later date. Hence, our engineers found it quite reasonable to create such a possibility with a corresponding database.
… AND RETRIEVE THEM WHEN NEEDED (AGAIN) IS A GREAT THING.
This goes for calibration data and parameters of any kind. But from time to time it may appear useful to alter the stored data according to changed conditions. No problem. Our engineers have also considered this. The systems offer a special dialog window where users can do this job – absolutely user-friendly.
